the bistro style aluminum edge takes mould to make the curves here we call wave edge. Edge material is from aluminum or copper. Panels are outdoor HPL in front, thickness from 0.8-12mm. Back panel is marineplywood, brushed varnish paint, providing enough protect and easy to assemble by self-taping screws.

Compact HPL production by several Kraft paper layers impregnated with thermosetting resin and decorative paper. Kraft paper used for the sheet core is impregnated with phenolic thermosetting resins, while the decorative paper used for the surface is treated with melaminic aminoplastic resins and it is specifically designed to have high performance. Impregnated layers are stacked and bonded and, once loaded into the press, they undergo simultaneously to the combined action of heat and pressure. The policondensing reaction taking plce creates chemical cross bonds so that phenolic and melaminic resins are stably intertwined to each other.
Outstanding stain and wear resistance, Heat resistant, weatherproof, and hygienic, with a slim line design they are perfect for a wide range of venues interior and outdoor use. Most regular is 12mm for tabletop. 10mm, 13mm, 15mm, 18mm popular thickness are available. smooth, structured, glossy, matte, velvety to discover surface simply by touch.
